Lil Lip Phunnel
The Lil Lip is a Hookain phunnel only around 39 mm tall. It is compact in height, not in the reservoir: depending on how you pack, it holds about 12 to 16 g of tobacco, as much as the Lit Lip.

The low phunnel with the Lit Lip reservoir
As a phunnel it keeps the molasses in the reservoir. The raised centre hole rises above the reservoir, so the opening stays free while you fill.
Hookain tip: Pack the tobacco loosely around the centre hole and not above the rim. That keeps the draw free and the HMD sits flat on the lip.
What defines the Lil Lip in everyday use
The Lil Lip is a ceramic head, and the Duflex version is made in Spain. The rim has an inner diameter of 72 mm and an outer diameter of 75 mm. It is always supplied with a ground edge so that your HMD sits perfectly.

Who the Lil Lip suits
The Lil Lip suits you if you want the fill amount of a Lit Lip but prefer a lower head. It was developed for Kaloud and Na Grani, whose edges close flush with the head. Other common HMDs such as AO also sit securely thanks to the roughened lip.
What to watch when packing
Loosen the tobacco and spread it evenly around the centre hole without pressing it down. Bring the heat up step by step instead of starting too aggressively. That makes it easier to settle your heat management.
