Amotion Roam: a hookah for on the go
Beach, park, camping: the Roam is built for sessions outdoors. It shrugs off dust and knocks, and weighs only around 1.2 kg.
Hookain tip: For sand or soft ground there is the Roam Spike. You screw it into the thread under the Roam so that it stands securely.
Lid, blow-off and material
Two lids come with the Roam: the hermetic lid with a magnetic closure, which seals the hookah tight, and a second lid through which you blow air in for the blow-off. When purging, the smoke slides down the outside of the body. The downstem has a splash guard.
The Roam is made of stainless steel with a soft, washable coating that is also non-slip. The soft surface can wear with long use, so treat it with care.
- Magnetic lid: fill with water, put the lid on, sealed.
- Second lid: for the blow-off.
- Splash guard: on the downstem.
| Version | What is included | What to look out for |
|---|---|---|
| Roam on its own | Hookah, both lids, downstem with splash guard, head adapter, hose connection, head seal | You need a hose, mouthpiece and head as well |
| Roam as a set (Mauve) | additionally a coaster and mouthpiece in Mauve | You need a hose and head as well |
| Colours | several colours, such as Lime, Mint or Cobalt | Pick the colour to match the rest of your setup |
Accessories for the Roam
For on the go there is the Roam Add-on Kit with a carry bag, hose and mouthpiece. The Roam charcoal plate and the Roam Spike for a firm footing on soft ground go well with it. That way you build a complete travel setup around the small hookah.
Care after the session
After the session you pour out the water, rinse the downstem through and wipe down the surface. Do not leave heavy dirt to sit for long, otherwise residue can stay in the soft material.
On the head: you put your usual head on the head adapter, whether with an HMD or foil.
When the hookah should come along
The Roam suits you if you want a small, robust hookah for on the go and are happy to do without a glass base. On its own if you already have a hose and mouthpiece, as a set in Mauve with a matching coaster and mouthpiece.
If you are unsure about the choice, our session consultation is happy to help.
