A brass foil piercer belongs with bowl accessories. Handle design, tip and contents matter more for choosing a tool than a supposed fit with the bowl.

You come across brass in the bowl area on foil piercers, among other things. Such a piercer works the foil and is not a vessel for the filling. The material filter can therefore show accessories even though the parent area covers bowls. The individual product states what job the part does.
When comparing tools, the shape of the needle, the handle and the stated length help. A decorative sword shape, for example, is designed differently from a straight wooden handle with a metal tip. No common hole size can be derived from that. Packaging also has to be read per product: a tool sold on its own does not automatically include a fork, foil or a bowl. If you want to replace a tool you already have, compare the complete design. The brass entry alone indicates neither a bowl seal nor an attachment system.
