Rects20 denotes a flat rectangular format. The stored 20 mm classification has to be read together with the other edge dimensions and the pack size.

Not every millimetre figure on shisha charcoal describes the same direction. On the flat Rects20, the number gives the height of the piece; length and width are larger. The entry under diameter is therefore a range classification here and no proof of a round shape. The full dimensions explain the space actually needed.
If you are looking for charcoal for an existing attachment, compare its intended format with all edges of the cuboid. The low profile alone does not prove a fit. The pack information is independent of this: different weights can contain the same shape. Likewise, packs of similar size can hold different piece shapes. A fixed number per bowl or a binding burning time cannot be derived from the height figure. The specific charcoal version and the setup used remain decisive for that.
