Downstem accessories include spare tubes and matching diffusers. Compare model, connection and contents: a single diffuser does not automatically include a tube.

The downstem runs from the base into the water bowl. Depending on the design, a diffuser sits at the lower end or is part of the assembly. That is why this selection contains both downstem parts and accessories for this area. The picture shows a single Flash-Bang diffuser and not a complete spare tube.
Before replacing anything, compare models: the Flash-Bang diffuser is a spare part for the matching Amotion shisha. The Steamulation Cooling Diffusor, by contrast, has its own assembly with an adjustable downstem. This does not make parts interchangeable between manufacturers. Check the models and generations named explicitly on each product. Then compare whether a complete tube, a diffuser or a combination is supplied. The connection to the base and the room in the water bowl must also fit. Exact fitting and adjustment depend on the instructions for the chosen part.
