The Plate Washed Vintage Blue by Brüstuck is a flat earthenware dinner plate with a diameter of 26 cm. The glaze fades from blue-grey in the centre to brown at the rim.
Room for a main course
At 26 cm, the plate holds pasta, meat with a side dish or a large salad. For starters and desserts, the 20 cm Snack Plate comes in the same glaze.
A graduated glaze
Washed Vintage Blue does not form a uniform surface. Blue and brown merge into one another, and the transitions are slightly different on every plate.
Hand-thrown in Seville
A potter throws each plate by hand in a small workshop in Seville. After firing, the glaze is dishwasher-safe.
