The Aladin MVP470 is a medium-sized stainless steel hookah by the brand Aladin in a timeless drop design. It is around 47 cm high without bowl, made of V2A stainless steel and clear glass and comes as a complete set. The variants are called Model 3 and Flower.
Frame and stem of Model 3 are made of stainless steel in light grey. You can find further hookahs of the brand under Aladin.
Drop design and size
At 47 cm the MVP470 is neither small nor large. It fits on the table without dominating and is easy to set up. The glass body has the drop shape that gives it its name.
Closed chamber system and diffuser
In the bottom part sits a closed chamber system with which you quickly blow stale smoke out of the base. The diffuser on the downstem is adjustable and can be removed. With it you decide how loudly it bubbles, from whisper-quiet to strong. The draw is light, and the valve ball measures 10 mm.
Joint connections and molasses catcher
Bowl adapter and hose connection have an 18/8 joint. If needed you place a molasses catcher on the bowl adapter. One hose connection is fitted as standard; a second connection is available as an accessory.
Material and variants
The stem is made of robust V2A stainless steel. Model 3 and Flower are two variants of the same hookah and differ in look.
How to set up the MVP470
- Fill water into the glass until the downstem stands about 2 cm in the water.
- Mount the stem with downstem and diffuser on the glass.
- Insert the hose at the 18/8 connection.
- Pack the bowl, place the chimney attachment on, position the charcoal.
- Start calmly and blow out if needed.
Care and cleaning
Rinse stem, downstem and glass with warm water after the session. The clay bowl is only washed once it has cooled down.
