The Smokah Royal Gold is a stainless steel hookah from Smokah. It has four hose connections, a click system on the bowl, a screw-off diffuser and a head adapter with an 18/8 joint. The hookah is about 62 cm tall and comes in gold.
Construction & stem
The Royal Gold is a complete hookah with base, stem and bowl. The bowl sits on the base via the click system. With four hose connections you can smoke alone or with others. A silicone hose is part of the set, and you can plug in further hoses as needed.
Closed Chamber, diffuser and 18/8 joint
The hookah has a Closed Chamber System. It lets you blow excess smoke out of the bowl with little effort. The downstem carries a screw-off diffuser. The four hose adapters also have an 18/8 joint, so you can fit a molasses catcher in between.
Stone head with chimney top
A stone head with chimney top and tobacco sieve is included. The head adapter has an 18/8 joint, and you set the head on with the head seal. The charcoal plate and a pair of charcoal tongs are also part of the set.
Material & finish
The Smokah Royal Gold is made of stainless steel, and the smooth metal parts are easy to clean. The kink protection spring belongs to the hose.
How to set up the Royal Gold
- Fill the bowl with water until the downstem with the diffuser stands about 2 cm in the water.
- Place the stem on the base and click the bowl in via the click system.
- Fit the hose connections to the stem and attach the silicone hose with mouthpiece.
- Put the head adapter on with its seal, build the head with chimney top and add the charcoal.
- Let it get going calmly, then blow out the smoke via the Closed Chamber System if needed.
Care and cleaning
After the session, rinse the stem, base and downstem through with warm water and brush them out if needed. Unscrew the diffuser for this. Check the silicone seals for cracks from time to time.
