The ShishaX VOLTA accessory set bundles all three spare parts for the electric shisha head ShishaX VOLTA in one order: a second replacement battery, four ceramic pods and ten metal screens. It is meant for everyone who already owns the ShishaX VOLTA and wants to restock in one go. The device itself is not included.
In color, the accessory set combines black and anthracite.

Who is the accessory set worth it for?
For everyone whose ShishaX VOLTA runs regularly. Sooner or later the screens from the box are clogged, one battery charge lasts only about 1 to 1.5 hours, and two chambers are used up quickly. The set covers all three points: a battery to swap, chambers to prepare and screens for the next fillings.
How the parts work together
Each filling consists of a ceramic chamber, a lower and an upper screen and about 10 g of shisha tobacco. The ten screens therefore make five complete sets that can be reused after rinsing. You charge the battery via USB-C in about 1 to 1.5 hours.
In the set instead of individually
Battery, ceramic pods and screens are also available individually; in the accessory set you pay less than for the three articles together. If you do not need screens right now, the ShishaX VOLTA Session Pack is the slimmer combination.
Warranty
ShishaX gives a 6-month manufacturer warranty on the battery after registration. Your statutory warranty with us applies to all parts regardless.

Is the ShishaX VOLTA included in the Accessory Set?
No. The set only contains a battery, ceramic chambers and screens as a top-up for a device you already own.
What's the difference between the Accessory Set and the Session Pack?
The Accessory Set also includes 10 metal screens. The Session Pack only contains a battery and four ceramic chambers.
How many fills do the screens last for?
The ten screens make up five sets of one lower and one upper screen each. Once rinsed and dried, they can be reused.
Can I charge the battery without the device?
Yes, directly via USB-C with up to 36 W. A full charge takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Register the manufacturer warranty
The manufacturer warranty only applies after registration in the manufacturer portal. Your statutory warranty rights with us are unaffected and also apply without registration.

Have your invoice ready: your invoice as a photo or PDF.

Open portal.shishax.eu and sign in with your ShishaX account. If you don't have one yet, create it there.

Click "+ Register Device" in the "Warranty" menu.

Fill in the form: product, serial number, purchase date, choose "Other" under "Purchased From?", upload your invoice, add your name and address.

Submit. ShishaX checks the registration within 1–2 working days.
Not covered: ceramic chambers, screens, brushes, tools. Warranty case: ticket with the manufacturer, return instructions, repair or replacement within 5–10 working days.
