The shii replacement pods are two empty stainless steel pods, the same ones that come with the shii. With a second pair you fill the next pod while the current one is still running.
The pods are bare silver, with the shii logo embossed on the side.
One pod for shii, XKAH Pro and XKAH Lite
The shii uses the heating technology of XKAH and thus also its pods. These pods fit the shii, the XKAH Pro and the XKAH Lite. If you have several of these devices, the pods simply move with you, and the XKAH tongs grip them too.
Open system for your tobacco
A pod is an empty container, not a tobacco capsule. You fill it with shisha tobacco of any brand; in the shii you can count on about 10 g per session. Liquids, e-liquids, oils, gels and steam stones are unsuitable.
How to fill a pod
Open the pod and take off the metal screen, sprinkle in tobacco loosely, put the screen back on and let it click in. With the pod tongs you place it in the device and take it out again after the session, because then it is hot.
What are additional pods for?
- Changing flavors: prepare two blends and smoke them one after the other.
- Long evenings: keep the next pod filled and ready instead of emptying the used one in between.
- Cleaning: collect used pods and put them in the dishwasher together.
- In the set: together with the Battery L in the shii Session Pack.
Care and lifespan
Stainless steel withstands the heat of the heating plate and can be cleaned thoroughly. After the session you let the pod cool down, tap out the tobacco residue and put it in the dishwasher. This way a pod lasts many sessions.
