The Aladin MVP A36 is a compact hookah from the brand Aladin in the MVP Series. It is about 36 cm tall (without head), the stem is made of V2A stainless steel and the bowl of glass. It is available in Dark Blue, Black, Gold Clear and Gold Black.
Design & stem
You join the A36 with a thread system: you screw the bowl and the stem together. The base contains a Closed Chamber system with a blow-off, which you use to blow stale smoke out of the bowl. The compact height makes it handy, also outdoors or on the go.
Diffuser and hose connection
The diffuser on the downstem is adjustable and can be unscrewed. It dampens the bubbling. Without the diffuser it gets louder. From the factory the A36 has a hose connection with an 18/8 ground joint. With a separately available second hose connection it can be expanded to two hoses.
Molasses catcher
The head adapter has an 18/8 ground joint. A matching molasses catcher can be attached there and keeps liquid away from the tobacco.
Bowl and glass colours
The glass bowl has its own colour gradient on every unit. Small air bubbles in the glass can occur; they do not affect the function. The glass may therefore differ from the product image.
How to set up the A36
- Fill the bowl with water until the downstem sits about 2 cm in the water.
- Screw on the stem until everything sits firmly.
- Push the hose adapter onto the 18/8 ground joint and connect the hose.
- Put tobacco into the Aladin Optimus Eco, place the Mockingbird attachment on top and add the charcoal.
- Let it start smoking and control the heat with the charcoal.
Care and cleaning
Rinse the stem and the bowl with warm water after the session. Unscrew the diffuser for this. The clay head cools down completely before rinsing.
