The Diamond Hookah The Hortensia 11.0 in black is a complete multi-hose hookah made of V2A stainless steel with a crystal glass base. It has four hose ports, a click system and a Closed Chamber System. The glass base holds 2.25 litres, and the stem is 26 cm long.
Design & stem
The stem has an inner diameter of 1.6 cm, and the crystal glass base is 28 cm tall and 23 cm wide. The glass base and base part are connected via the click system. Via the Closed Chamber System you blow stale smoke out of the glass base. The Hortensia 11.0 has no blow-off valve.
Draw & diffuser
A diffuser with ten holes sits on the downstem. It ensures calmer bubbling and an even draw.
Material & workmanship
The stem is made of V2A stainless steel in black. The molasses catcher (18/8 ground joint) and glass coal tray (Ø 26 cm outside, Ø 2 cm inside) are made of borosilicate glass. A stone bowl with four holes is included as the bowl. The hookah is designed for standard HMDs.
Multi-hose use
Four hose ports with 18/8 ground joint allow several people to smoke at the same time. Each port comes with a sleeve, hose adapter, hose holder and polyamide ball. One silicone hose with mouthpiece is included.
How to set up the Hortensia 11.0
- Fill water into the glass base until the diffuser is about 2 cm under water.
- Put the base part with stem on the glass base and connect it via the click system.
- Fit the sleeves and hose adapters on the ports and attach the hose.
- Put the molasses catcher and ground joint adapter on the stem and place the glass coal tray.
- Fill the stone bowl, put it on with the chimney attachment, place the coals and take your time starting the session.
Care and cleaning
After the session, rinse the stem, hose and molasses catcher with warm water. Let the stone bowl cool down completely. Glass only gets warm, not hot, water.
