The Diamond Hookah Rubin 6.0 is a complete hookah made of V2A stainless steel with a clear-glass base, four hose ports and a molasses catcher. It is about 70 cm tall and the base holds 2.25 litres. It is available in the Transparent and Glow versions.
On Glow, the green decor sets accents on the transparent base; the hose and further add-on parts are black.

Construction and smoke column
The V2A stainless steel smoke column is 30 cm long and has an inner diameter of 1.6 cm. The click system joins smoke column and base quickly and tightly. The Closed Chamber system helps with purging stale smoke.
Draw and diffuser
The downstem has a diffuser with ten holes that calms the bubbling in the water and makes the draw more even. The Rubin 6.0 has no separate blow-off valve.
Molasses catcher, charcoal plate and bowl
The borosilicate glass molasses catcher measures 14 x 9 cm. The charcoal plate is also made of borosilicate glass, with an outer diameter of 26 cm and an inner diameter of 2 cm. You put the bowl on via the 18/8 ground-joint adapter; standard HMDs fit. A clay bowl with five holes and a chimney are included.
Four ports
Four hose ports with hose adapters and end pieces in 18/8 ground joint allow sessions with several people. The set includes a silicone hose and a mouthpiece; further hoses can be added as needed.
Variants
Transparent and Glow differ in looks. Dimensions, equipment and set-up are the same.
How to set up the Rubin 6.0
- Fill the base with water until the diffuser on the downstem dips in about 2 cm.
- Put on the smoke column and close the click system.
- Fit the ground-joint adapter and molasses catcher, lay on the charcoal plate and build the clay bowl.
- Attach the hose with mouthpiece to one of the four ports.
- Put on the charcoal and let it start calmly.
Care and cleaning
Rinse the stainless steel smoke column through with warm water after the session. Clean the glass base, molasses catcher and charcoal plate lukewarm, not hot. Rinse the clay bowl only after it has cooled down completely, because clay tolerates heat shock poorly.
