The Honor Hookah Rise is a plug-in hookah made of stainless steel and POM with blow-off, diffuser and glass base. With the supplied glass base it is around 53 cm tall and has one hose connection. It comes in Black and Frost, Designed in Germany.
Construction and blow-off
The Rise is a plug-in hookah with a plug-in hose adapter. At the foot, above the base, there is a blow-off valve that blows downwards. With it you vent the glass base completely. Six valve balls are included.
Diffuser and draw
A diffuser is included. It dampens the smoke production and makes the draw softer. How firm the draw is also depends on the bowl and charcoal.
Material and finish
The smoke column and base are made of stainless steel and POM. The elements on the column and mouthpiece are black. The stainless steel charcoal plate has a hexagon laser engraving. The mouthpiece can be taken apart into three pieces, which makes cleaning easier.
Glass base and bowl
The glass base is around 27 cm tall, its neck measures around 4.5 cm. On Black the glass is black, on Frost it is frosted. Because the Rise is a plug-in hookah, you can use a different glass base if the neck fits. You choose a bowl separately; the bowl adapter and bowl grommet are included.
How to set up the Rise
- Fill the glass base with water until the downstem is around 1 to 2 cm in the water.
- Plug the base, downstem with diffuser and smoke column together, place them on the glass base and make sure they sit firmly.
- Insert the hose adapter and connect the silicone hose.
- Put the bowl on the bowl adapter, place the charcoal plate on top and position the charcoal.
- Take your time lighting up and, if needed, vent the glass base via the blow-off valve.
Care and cleaning
The Rise can be taken apart into its individual parts. Rinse the column through with warm water after the session and brush it out if needed. You rinse the glass base with warm, not hot, water. For transport it fits taken apart in the supplied box.
