The Brüstuck Snack is a small stoneware plate in the Egg Shell glaze. Its light beige tone is reminiscent of an eggshell, and it is just right for bread, cake or tapas.

Egg Shell glaze

The glaze is satin-matt and reactive. Firing temperature, firing time and the position in the kiln determine how the beige finally turns out. This gives every plate its own shades and textures.

Material and production

The clay body is made from a blend of two types of grog. It is coloured with mineral pigments. Each plate is finished by hand in a family workshop in Spain; it was designed in 2022 in Las Palmas and Berlin.

Kitchen and washing up

The Snack plate is microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. In the oven it withstands up to 220 °C, so you can warm a slice of quiche directly on it.
