Garlic Grater ACHO BRA - Smile High is a handcrafted ceramic grater from Spain that preserves the aroma when crushing garlic optimally. Manufactured in a small, family-run workshop, it impresses with sustainable production, high-quality materials, and a striking design in yellow with black glaze. Each individual garlic grater is shaped, painted, and glazed by hand, making each piece unique. The fine texture of the ceramic surface ensures even grating without losing essential oils. With this grater, you get a durable kitchen tool that perfectly combines sustainability and functionality.

How to properly use the ACHO BRA - Smile High Garlic Grater

To fully utilize the aroma of your garlic, first remove the clove's skin. Then, grate it with light pressure on the porous side of the Smile High Garlic Grater. This process releases the essential oils, making the garlic particularly spicy and intense in flavor. The ceramic structure prevents the garlic from becoming bitter – a drawback of conventional metal graters. You can easily clean the grater as the fired glaze does not absorb flavors. This makes it not only hygienic but also ideal for regular use in your kitchen.

Production and Sustainability of the ACHO BRA Garlic Grater

The ACHO BRA - Smile High is manufactured in a traditional, family-run workshop in Spain. The production process starts with selecting the best clay, which is shaped by hand and fired at high temperatures to ensure stability and durability. Then, each grater is manually glazed and painted – a step that gives it its characteristic appearance. The combination of yellow base color and black glaze creates a distinctive, stylish design. By purchasing, you support sustainable and fair production conditions. The materials are entirely eco-friendly, free from harmful additives, and designed for long-term use.

Why the Smile High Garlic Grater is a must-have for garlic lovers

For you as a garlic fan, this ceramic garlic grater is the perfect choice to enhance the taste and consistency of your garlic.
