Aladin MVP Rocket Clear: silver stainless steel hookah with transparent glass base, 53 cm without bowl, closed chamber and removable diffuser.
In this Clear version the glass base is transparent and the stainless steel stem silver. Other models are in the Aladin MVP Series.
Construction and stem
The Rocket combines a stainless steel stem with a glass base. In the bottom part sits a closed chamber system. You blow stale smoke out of the base through the hose. In addition there is a normal blow-off valve, and two further valves let the smoke escape upwards.
Diffuser and joints
The diffuser on the downstem is adjustable and removable. It influences how loudly it bubbles when drawing. The bowl adapter has an 18/8 joint for a matching molasses catcher. The hose adapter also sits on an 18/8 joint.
Handmade base
The base is made by hand. Every glass has its own colour gradient, small air inclusions are possible and change nothing about the function. Every Rocket is a one-off piece and can differ from the product picture.
Chimney bowl set
The set includes the Aladin Optimus Eco, a clay bowl, and a Mockingbird attachment. The attachment ensures more even heat on the tobacco.
How to set up the Rocket
- Fill water into the base until the downstem stands about 2 cm in the water.
- Place the stem on and connect it firmly.
- Plug the hose adapter onto the 18/8 joint, connect the hose.
- Put tobacco in the Optimus Eco, place the Mockingbird attachment on, set the charcoal.
- Start smoking and regulate the heat via the charcoal.
Care and cleaning
Rinse stem and base with warm water after the session and take off the diffuser for cleaning. You let the clay bowl cool down completely before rinsing.
