X-Schischa x Werkbund is the collaboration between the German brand X-Schischa and the bowl maker Werkbund. This collaboration produced the Polygon phunnel bowl, which is made by hand in Russia and glazed.

Phunnel Polygon
Instead of several holes in the floor, a phunnel bowl has a single hole in the centre surrounded by a raised spire. The filling sits in a ring around this spire, and nothing runs down into the stem.
On the Polygon the outer wall is faceted instead of round. Each bowl is made by hand, and the glaze gives an even surface that is easy to clean. The material is stoneware, which stores heat and releases it evenly.
