ShishaX VOLTA battery 5,000 mAh

The ShishaX VOLTA battery is the original replacement battery for the electric shisha head ShishaX VOLTA, i.e. the same battery that comes in the device from the factory. Its housing is anthracite. With a second battery there is always one charged and ready: when one is empty, you swap it for the charged one and keep smoking.

Second battery, longer evenings

Depending on the set temperature, one battery charge lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours. If you smoke longer or prepare several heads in a row, this is exactly where you hit the limit. With the spare battery the charging break is gone: unscrew the bottom cap, swap the battery, screw the bottom cap back on firmly.

Charging via USB-C

Charging is done via the USB-C port in the base of the VOLTA; 5 V/3 A, 9 V/3 A and 12 V/3 A are supported. A full charge takes about 1 to 1.5 hours, longer with simple power supplies. In the device, pass-through also works: the ShishaX VOLTA keeps running on the cable as long as a battery is inserted.

Storage

If you take a longer break, store the battery about half charged rather than full, cool and dry. Remove it before thoroughly cleaning the device; it must not get wet.

The battery fits all variants of the ShishaX VOLTA. You get it cheaper in a set: in the ShishaX VOLTA Session Pack with four ceramic pods or in the accessory set additionally with screens. ShishaX gives a 6-month manufacturer warranty on the battery after registration; your statutory warranty with us remains unaffected.

How long does one battery charge last?

Around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the temperature set. With a second battery you swap it and carry on with no charging break.

Can I charge the battery outside the device?

Yes, directly via USB-C with up to 36 W. In the device it charges with up to 24 W; a full charge takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Is this the same battery included with the ShishaX VOLTA?

Yes, it's the original swappable battery from ShishaX, the same one fitted in the device from the factory.

Can I run the ShishaX VOLTA on the cable too?

Yes, via USB-C pass-through. A battery has to be fitted in the device for this.

Have your invoice ready: your invoice as a photo or PDF.
Open portal.shishax.eu and sign in with your ShishaX account. If you don't have one yet, create it there.
Click "+ Register Device" in the "Warranty" menu.
Fill in the form: product, serial number, purchase date, choose "Other" under "Purchased From?", upload your invoice, add your name and address.
Submit. ShishaX checks the registration within 1–2 working days.

Not covered: ceramic chambers, screens, brushes, tools. Warranty case: ticket with the manufacturer, return instructions, repair or replacement within 5–10 working days.
