The Aladin Epox 540 is a hookah from the brand Aladin with a plug-in system, polished stainless steel stem and epoxy resin sleeve. With the bowl fitted it measures about 54 cm. It comes as a complete set with ceramic bowl, hose and accessories and is available as Red-Black and as Green Mix. The stainless steel parts are kept in silver.
Plug-in system and seal
The base and stem are plugged together and sealed with a gasket. This keeps the stem secure and no smoke is lost. To move glowing coal, use a Charcoal tongs.
Cut hose port
The silicone hose sits on the Cut port. It fits so precisely that you do not need a silicone sealing ring. A hose spring prevents the hose from kinking.
Draw and diffuser
The diffuser is adjustable and removable. With it you set the draw resistance and the smoke output to your taste.
More than 15 blow-off options
The stainless steel ring set and two coal plates of different sizes can be combined in many ways. This creates more than 15 blow-off options: the smoke can be guided along the glass base or through the stainless steel rings.
Material and finish
The body and base are made of polished stainless steel, the sleeve of epoxy resin. The sleeve is easy to clean. The red-black and the green of the Green Mix come from this sleeve.
How to set up the Epox 540
- Fill water into the water container until the downstem sits about 2 cm deep in the water.
- Push the stem with seal onto the base and make sure it sits firmly.
- Fit the stainless steel rings and coal plates as you like.
- Attach the silicone hose to the Cut port.
- Pack the ceramic bowl, put it on the stem and place the coal.
- Heat up calmly.
Care and cleaning
Rinse the stem and downstem with warm water after the session. Let the ceramic bowl cool down and clean it afterwards.
