Mata Leon · Mata Leon - Midas - Tradi - Black
color: Black
€76.90*
The Mata Leon Midas Tradi is a traditional hookah made of stainless steel in gold with an epoxy element in red, green, purple or black. It is about 55 cm tall, has one hose port and comes with a Tradi Cut base made of clear glass. The bowl adapter has an integrated molasses catcher.
Construction and smoke column
The Midas is built in the classic way. Smoke column and downstem are multi-part; the downstem has a diffuser. You connect base and smoke column via a plug-in closure with a rubber gasket in between. Assembly and disassembly work without screws.
Hose port and bowl adapter
The hose goes onto the hose port with an 18/8 ground joint. Accessories with an 18/8 ground joint fit without an additional adapter. The bowl adapter is two-piece, also has an 18/8 ground joint, a silicone gasket and an integrated molasses catcher. It catches excess molasses before it runs into the smoke column.
Material and finish
The Tradi Cut base is transparent. You can find further accessories to connect among the silicone hoses.
The smoke column is made of stainless steel, the base of clear glass. The colour variant determines the epoxy element on the golden column: red, green, purple or black. Otherwise all variants are built the same way.
How to set up the Midas
- Fill the Tradi Cut base with water until the downstem dips in about 2 cm.
- Insert the smoke column with downstem into the base and check that the gasket sits firmly.
- Attach the hose to the hose port.
- Place the bowl on the bowl adapter and put on the charcoal.
- Let it start calmly.
Care and cleaning
After the session, rinse the smoke column and downstem with warm water and empty the molasses catcher in the bowl adapter regularly. Rinse the glass base with warm, not hot, water.
