The NPS Nargilem Tradi Cut Bowl is a traditional hookah made of brass and stainless steel with a hand-blown cut base made of crystal glass. It is around 55 cm high, has a closed chamber system and an 18/8 joint on the stem. It is available in green and red.

Construction and closed chamber system

The Tradi has a closed chamber system with a blow-off valve in the bottom part. That way you blow out stale smoke without pulling off the hose. You connect base and bottom part via a plug-in connection with rubber ring, which stabilises the setup and seals it. The charcoal plate has a diameter of around 19 cm. You choose a hose for the hookah separately; make sure the connection fits.

Cut base made of crystal glass

The base is hand-blown, around 26 cm high and around 13 cm wide. The cut pattern catches the light, and the base is transparent. The brass parts are gold-coloured; the intermediate piece in the stem is green or red depending on the version. Because every base is made by hand, each piece is unique. Small air bubbles in the glass are normal with this production method.

Material and workmanship

The Tradi is made of brass and stainless steel, and the downstem is made of stainless steel. The 18/8 joint on the stem seals the connection and allows you to fit a molasses catcher or other accessories with an 18/8 joint.

How to set up the Tradi

Fill water into the base until the downstem stands about 2 cm in the water.
Plug the bottom part with stem and downstem onto the base and make sure the rubber ring sits firmly.
Attach the hose to the hose connection.
Build the bowl, set it on the stem and put the charcoal on.
Start calmly and blow out the smoke if needed.

Care and cleaning

Rinse stem, downstem and bottom part through with warm water after the session. Rinse the base with warm, not hot, water. Dry the brass after rinsing.
