What material are Brüstuck Cádiz mugs made of?
Our entire Brüstuck range consists of a unique blend of two types of grog, making it perfect for kitchen use. The particularly high firing process makes grog more stable than clay and less translucent than porcelain. The colors, shapes, appearance of the glaze, and the overall look depend on the firing temperature, firing duration, and the position in the kiln and may vary.

Since all Cádiz mugs are handmade in Spain, each piece is unique and may show individual textures and shades. We use exclusively mineral colors of the highest purity, bringing color, joy, and taste to your kitchen. We use the original colors that are also used in the production of LiT LiPS & Co.
Ethically produced in a family manufactory in Spain.
Note: Small inclusions (e.g., air) cannot be ruled out due to the handmade production and therefore do not constitute a reason for complaint.

The high temperatures during the firing process make fireclay more stable than clay and less translucent than porcelain. The colors, shapes, appearance of the glaze, and overall appearance depend on the firing temperature, firing time, and position in the kiln and may vary.

As a result, each piece is unique and may have individual textures and shading. We use only mineral colors of the highest purity, bringing color, joy and flavor to your kitchen from now on. Here we use the original colors that are also used in the manufacture of LiT LiPS & Co.
Each piece is carefully finished by hand and delivered with a distinct handcrafted appearance. Excellent thermal properties meet a silky matte and reactive glaze.
