The Darkside Ultima Smoke Column Set in Black Steel is a shisha smoke column set made from stainless steel and anodised aluminium – designed for anyone looking for a high-quality, stable base for their shisha setup. With a height of approx. 54 cm, the Ultima offers a classic, impressive proportion that convinces both visually and functionally. The set is supplied without a bowl, leaving complete freedom of choice when it comes to the head – whether a clay bowl, phunnel or HMD-compatible head. The Black Steel colour gives the Ultima a sophisticated, timeless look that pairs with virtually any shisha accessory. The magnetic hose connection allows easy, tool-free attachment and removal of the hose – practical in everyday use, hygienic when cleaning. The classic draw ensures a familiar, direct smoking behaviour without any restrictions on draw resistance.

Which shisha setups is the Darkside Ultima Smoke Column Set suitable for?

The Darkside Ultima Smoke Column Set is compatible with a wide range of shisha heads and accessories thanks to its classic draw and universal bowl connection. Since the set is supplied without a bowl, it can be flexibly combined with the preferred head – from a classic Egyptian clay bowl to modern phunnel or HMD heads. The height of approx. 54 cm makes the Ultima the ideal table shisha: tall enough for comfortable use when seated, compact enough for use on a standard coffee table or lounge table. The Black Steel finish harmonises visually with dark shisha accessories such as the Darkside D-Tong, the D-Catcher Pro or black silicone hoses. Summary of the most important product features:

Darkside

Darkside is a brand from Russia offering hookahs, stems, bowls and accessories. The devices are made of stainless steel and built around click and plug-in systems that let you swap parts quickly.

Darkside hookahs and accessories

Stems such as the Neo have a blow-off system and a plug-in hose port. The Intro set brings stem, base, hose and bowl together. There is also the Darkside bowl, the reusable D-Click mouthpiece, molasses catchers, bowl-packing mats and stainless steel HMDs.

What is the D-Click?

A reusable mouthpiece that clicks onto the hose and comes off for cleaning.

Does the Neo have a blow-off system?

Yes. Excess smoke is cleared through the valve on the stem.

Darkside hookah tobacco

Darkside tobacco is based on dark leaf (Dark Leaf, Burley) and comes in the Core, Shake, Xperience and Starline lines. Flavours range from berries such as raspberry and blueberry to strawberry and guava, grapefruit and pineapple, often with a cold note.

Dark tobacco needs more heat than pale Virginia tobacco. A bowl therefore holds more weight of it; the capacity per bowl is listed on the bowls as the Dark Leaf value.
