What makes the ONMO HMD so special?
The ONMO HMD stands out with its high-quality aluminum construction, which not only ensures durability and sturdiness, but also provides excellent heat distribution. The wide edge allows for a secure feeling when placing the coal, while the bars at the bottom are prepared for various setups.
Which setups are possible with the ONMO HMD?
Whether it's distance, full contact, or "bar contact," the ONMO HMD is equipped for all situations. The versatile design allows for the use of two coals with a size of up to 27 mm at the same time.
Optimal air circulation and consistent performance
Thanks to the diamond pattern on the inside of the ONMO HMD, optimal airflow is ensured around the coals, preventing them from going out. The uncoated interior provides consistent performance, just like the silver version.

ONMO Shisha
ONMO is a brand from Meppen in Lower Saxony, founded by Onur Kula and Moritz Otten. In the Hookain Onlineshop you mainly find ONMO heat management for the bowl plus a slim mouthpiece.
About ONMO
The parts are developed in Germany. The brand works with stainless steel and aluminium, with finishes in silver, grey and black.
HMDs and coal covers
An HMD (heat management device) sits on the bowl and carries the coals so the heat arrives evenly. ONMO offers several versions:
| Part | Version |
|---|---|
| HMD Classic | stainless steel, classic shape |
| HMD Flat | stainless steel, flat build |
| HMD Black / Silver | coloured versions |
| Mesh Cover | mesh top over the coals |
| Wind Cover | wind shield for outdoors |
Standard fit
The HMDs fit common bowls with a regular rim, so you do not need a special ONMO bowl.
Slim mouthpiece
The Mouthpiece Slim is a narrow metal mouthpiece that you push onto the hose. Its slim shape sits well in the hand.
Which bowls does an ONMO HMD fit?
Bowls with a standard rim. The fit is listed as standard, so phunnels and classic bowls both work.
What do I need the Wind Cover for?
Outdoors it keeps wind off the coals, so they glow more evenly and no ash blows away.
How do Classic and Flat differ?
In height: the Flat HMD is lower and brings the coals closer to the bowl.
Where does ONMO come from?
From Meppen in Germany.

ONMO HMD
