Steamulation Xpansion Mini Epoxy Marble Black

The Steamulation Xpansion Mini is a compact push-fit hookah from Steamulation. It is approx. 42 cm tall, has one hose connection and a grommet that is adjusted to the glass base by a turning ring. The metal parts are made of stainless steel. It is available in carbon and epoxy, each in several colours.

Xpansion ring for the fit of the glass base

Push-fit hookahs often sit too tight or too loose on the base. The Xpansion Mini solves this with the Xpansion ring. Turn it and the grommet gets larger or smaller and adapts to the neck of your push-fit base. The smoke column and hose attach to ground-joint adapters instead of a thread.

Draw, Dip Tube Control and diffuser

The components are designed for good draw. The dip tube has a shortened Dip Tube Control with 6 settings: you shorten or lengthen it and so adjust draw and draw resistance. Turn the lower dip tube element over and you smoke with or without the diffuser. The Steamulation Cooling Diffusor fits the Xpansion Mini. Among other things, it brings a molasses catcher, overflow protection and a larger dip tube adjustment range.

X-Blow-Off Basic

You set the blow-off during the session. The X-Blow-Off adapter sits above the base unit or under the plate; in addition, the plate blow-off can be switched on and off by turning. This gives 14 settings. With a second X-Blow-Off adapter, available as an upgrade, there are 31.

Material & finishes

The metal parts of the Xpansion Mini are made in Germany, excluding glass and sleeve. The versions differ in material and decor: Carbon Black Red, Carbon Gold Leaf and Carbon Silver Leaf, as well as Epoxid Black Red, Epoxid Marble Black and Epoxid Marble White. Construction and technology are the same.

How to put together the Xpansion Mini

1. Fill the push-fit base with water and set the dip tube to the length you want.
2. Push the glass base onto the base unit and turn the Xpansion ring until the grommet sits firmly.
3. Put the smoke column on, attach the hose to the hose connection and place the bowl on the bowl adapter.
4. Set the blow-off as you like, place the charcoal and light up at your own pace.

Care and cleaning

Rinse the parts with warm water after each session. Rinse the glass base with warm, not hot, water so the glass does not crack. Check the diffuser and grommets now and then for deposits.
