Vyro
Vyro comes from AEON and stands for compact hookahs made of V2A stainless steel. The Penta is around 39 cm tall, has a sleeve made of carbon, epoxy resin and wood, and is smoked with a plug-in base.

Hookain tip: On compact hookahs it pays to check the water level in small steps. On the Penta the ideal water level is around 500 ml.

Penta: purge under the plate
On the Penta the purge is hidden under the charcoal plate. When you blow out, the smoke bounces off the plate and is directed downwards. Stem and downstem have an inner diameter of 12 mm, and the diffuser, which screws on at both ends, gives quiet bubbling and can be removed. The ground charcoal plate has a small raised edge so the charcoal does not fall off. Because of the wood and epoxy resin mix, every sleeve is unique.
The rest of the setup counts too
As always, it is not only the hookah itself that matters but the rest of the setup. Head, HMD, hose and water level noticeably affect how it smokes. With a properly packed head and good heat management you get a well-rounded result even from a compact hookah.
